Common use of Assignment Priority Clause in Contracts

Assignment Priority. Room selection is based upon the date the Housing Application, non-refundable $75 application fee payment, and Housing Contract are completed online in MyOleMiss. Room assignments based solely upon a resident’s request are not guaranteed or implied. If housing demand exceeds room-assignment capacity, the University reserves the right to use designated temporary room assignments pending assignment/relocation to a permanent living space either on or off university premises.
