Common use of Assignment; Payments Clause in Contracts

Assignment; Payments. The Security Trustee may at any time sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of its interest in the Lease, this Assignment, and in the property and security created thereby and hereby, but only in accordance with the express provisions of the Security Agreement and other Operative Agreements. Chautauqua shall not assign, delegate, pledge or otherwise encumber any of its rights or obligations hereunder except as provided herein.
