Common use of Assignment or transfer fee Clause in Contracts

Assignment or transfer fee. The New Lender shall, on the date upon which the Transfer Certificate (in the case of a transfer) is delivered to the Agent in accordance with Clause 24.5 (Procedure for transfer), or the date on which the written confirmation (in the case of an assignment) from the New Lender in accordance with Clause 24.2(a)(i) (Conditions of assignment or transfer) is delivered to the Agent, pay to the Agent (for its own account) a fee of US$2,000.

Assignment or transfer fee. The New Lender shall, on the date upon which an assignment or transfer takes effect or the Transfer Certificate (in the case of a transfer) is delivered to the Agent in accordance with under Clause 24.5 (Procedure for transfer), or the date on which the written confirmation (in the case of an assignment) from the New Lender in accordance with Clause 24.2(a)(i) (Conditions of assignment or transfer) is delivered to the Agent, pay to the Agent (for its own account) a fee of US$2,000A$[ ].
