Assignment or novation. You may not assign, transfer or novate this Agreement without our consent. Subject to the Regulatory Requirements, you agree we may: • assign, transfer or novate this Agreement; and/or • transfer you as a customer, to any third party, any of our related bodies corporate or as part of the transfer of a substantial number of our customers to a third party.
