Assignment of Third Party Leases, Licenses and Contracts. Upon the closing of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, the Port shall assign all of its right, title and interest in the Third Party Leases, Licenses and Contracts affecting the Property to the City by means of an assignment agreement substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit G (the “Assignment and Assumption of Third Party Leases, Licenses and Contracts”).
