Assignment of Supervising Evaluator and First Conference. The primary evaluator may designate a supervising evaluator to oversee the development and implementation of a Directed Growth Plan. The supervising evaluator may be the primary evaluator. Within fifteen (15) school days of an educator receiving an overall rating of needs improvement, the designated supervising evaluator shall meet with the educator to develop the Directed Growth Plan. The educator may request that a union representative attend this meeting and any subsequent meetings relating to the development, implementation, or monitoring of a Directed Growth Plan.
