Common use of Assignment of Revenues by City Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Revenues by City. The City shall assign and pledge any rents, revenues and receipts receivable under this Lease, to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture as security for payment of the principal of and interest and premium, if any, on the Bonds, and the Developer hereby consents to such pledge and assignment.
