Common use of Assignment of Ownership Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Ownership. Executive hereby assigns to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ all of Executive’s right, title, and interest in and to all such Inventions as described in Paragraph 6.01 and, upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ request, Executive shall execute, verify, and deliver to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ such documents including, without limitation, assignments and applications for patents, and shall perform such other acts, including, without limitation, appearing as a witness in any action brought in connection with this Agreement that is necessary to enable ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to obtain the sole right, title, and benefit to all such Inventions.
