Assignment of Marks. If Licensee shall acquire any rights in the marks in any country, Licensee shall notify Licensor and immediately assign such right to Licensor. Licensee shall not permit any other person to use any of the Marks without Licensor's prior written consent, and shall cause any manufacturer or other person involved in the production, promotion or sale of Licensed Articles to agree to assign to Licensor any rights in any Marx xxquired by such manufacturer or other person. 5 5
