Common use of Assignment of Licenses and Permits Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Licenses and Permits. Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of its interest in any licenses and permits pertaining to the Mortgaged Property, or assign, transfer, or remove or permit any other Person to assign, transfer, or remove any records pertaining to the Mortgaged Property without Lender’s prior written consent, which consent may be granted or refused in Lender’s sole discretion.

Assignment of Licenses and Permits. Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of its interest in any licenses and permits Permits or Reimbursement Contracts (including rights to payment thereunder) pertaining to the Mortgaged Property, or assign, transfer, or remove or permit any other Person person to assign, transfer, or remove any records pertaining to the Mortgaged Property including, without Lender’s limitation, resident records, medical and clinical records (except for removal of such resident records as directed by the residents owning such records), without Majority Lenders' prior written consent, which consent may be granted or refused in Lender’s Majority Lenders' sole discretion.

Borrower shall not assign or transfer any of its interest in any licenses and permits pertaining relating to the Mortgaged Property, if any, or assign, transfer, or remove or permit any other Person person to assign, transfer, or remove any records pertaining to the Mortgaged Property without Lender’s 's prior written consent, which consent may be granted or refused in Lender’s 's sole discretion.
