Common use of Assignment of Land Use Permit Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Land Use Permit. Upon receipt of an application under Subsection 4.2.6, the Community Council will consider the application and, subject to approval by Manitoba, may assign the Land Use Permit issued by Manitoba to the applicant for the use of a lot within the subdivision. The Community Council will advise the applicant of its decision within ninety (90) days.

The Community Council will advise the applicant of its decision within ninety (90) days.
