Assignment of Domain Names. (a) Prior to the date that is three (3) months following the Closing, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have assigned and transferred one hundred percent (100%) of his interest in the domain name (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) to the Domestic Company in compliance with PRC law and provided satisfactory evidence of the foregoing to the Purchasers. (b) Prior to the date that is three (3) months following the Closing, Yu Fuping shall have assigned and transferred one hundred percent (100%) of his interest in the domain names (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) to the Domestic Company in compliance with PRC law and provided satisfactory evidence of the foregoing to the Purchasers.
