Assignment of Domain Names. (a) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have entered into a domain name transfer agreement in a form acceptable to the Investors whereby ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to assign and transfer one hundred percent (100%) of his interest in the domain name (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) to the Domestic Company. (b) Yu Fuping shall have entered into a domain name transfer agreement in a form acceptable to the Investors whereby Yu Fuping agrees to assign and transfer one hundred percent (100%) of his interest in the domain names (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) to the Domestic Company.
