Assignment of Causes of Action. Contractor hereby assigns to Owner all rights, title, and interest in and to all causes of action it may have under Section 4 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 15), arising from purchases of Equipment and Materials, or other goods, services or materials pursuant to this Contract. This assignment shall be deemed made and shall become effective at the time final payment is tendered to Contractor, without further acknowledgment by the parties.
