Assignment of Agreement or Funds. The Organization shall not assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement or grant any of the Funds to a third party without the prior written consent of the OCSA. This Agreement is binding on the Parties’ respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns.
