Prompt written notice of any Credit Party’s obtaining Knowledge of any assignment of any of Borrower’s or OrbiMed’s obligations or rights under the Royalty Revenue Contract or any other Royalty Revenue Document to which Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, or any acquisition of any interest in OrbiMed’s rights under the Royalty Revenue Contract or any other Royalty Revenue Document to which Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party.
