Assignment Letter Sample Clauses
An Assignment Letter is a formal document that transfers specific rights, obligations, or interests from one party to another. Typically, it outlines the details of the assignment, such as the parties involved, the subject matter being assigned (like contractual rights or intellectual property), and any conditions or limitations. By clearly documenting the transfer, the Assignment Letter ensures that all parties understand their new roles and responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes and providing legal clarity regarding the change in ownership or responsibility.
