Common use of Assignment Fees Clause in Contracts

Assignment Fees. Should Tenant request the consent of Landlord to an assignment of this Lease or of any of Tenant's rights thereunder and whether or not such consent is ultimately given by Landlord and/or any such assignment, subletting, occupancy or use is carried out, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord's agent the sum of $500.00 for services plus expenses and to Landlord reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection with each such request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17 ARTICLE XII ----------- RIGHT OF ENTRY
