Assignment Date. The effective date of this Agreement shall be ____________, 199_ (the "Assignment Date").
Assignment Date. The “Assignment Date” shall mean the day and year first written above.
Assignment Date. Assignment is the process by which CMS will work with the State to align beneficiaries with this Demonstration to create the Demonstration group for purposes of evaluation and making performance payment determinations, including ensuring that beneficiaries are appropriately assigned across Medicare shared savings initiatives. Assignment has no impact on the services beneficiaries are eligible to receive or on provider reimbursement. Beneficiaries are assigned to this Demonstration beginning on the date on which the beneficiary meets the Demonstration eligibility requirements. Assigned beneficiaries are those eligible for the Demonstration (as specified in Section III.B.1 and Appendix 7). With the exception of beneficiaries who are newly eligible for this Demonstration due to gaining Medicare-Medicaid enrollee status or moving into the Demonstration area, beneficiaries must be assigned to this Demonstration within nine (9) months of the Demonstration’s implementation (see Appendix 7 for additional details).
Assignment Date. The Assignment Date for this Agreement shall be the date first above written; provided, however, that if Assignee shall not have paid to Assignor the amount referred to in Section 2 hereof, prior to 5:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern time on such date, then the Assignment Date shall instead be the date on which Assignee shall have so satisfied such condition; further provided, that if Assignee does not so satisfy such condition prior to 5:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern time on the tenth (10th) Business Day following the date first written above, this Agreement shall terminate and Assignor shall have no further obligations to Assignee.
Assignment Date. 5.1. This Agreement shall enter into force and effect in its entirety on its signing date and shall remain in force unconditionally for a period of not more than 15 (fifteen) months.
Assignment Date. The stock transfer will be done with effect from 17 November 1998 (Assignment date).
Assignment Date. The date of the Assignments of Mortgage from the Seller to the Purchaser relating to a Pool as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Delivery Procedures, Exhibit G.
