ASSIGNMENT CONTACT TIME Clause Samples
The "Assignment Contact Time" clause defines the specific periods during which parties involved in an assignment are expected to be available for communication or collaboration. Typically, this clause outlines the days and hours when the assignee must be reachable, such as standard business hours or agreed-upon shifts, and may also address procedures for handling urgent matters outside these times. Its core function is to set clear expectations for availability, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and ensuring efficient coordination throughout the assignment.
