Assignment Completion and Final Report. The consultant will submit the final updated and cluster-approved assessments and strategic plans to the project team. All reports will be completed and edited independently for each cluster. All documents will be produced for each cluster in: • 2 hard copies (one for the related cluster and one for ENABEL) • 1 soft copy (word and PDF format) on USB key or CD-rom The consulting firm must indicate in the proposal the methodology and the approach to be employed to accomplish this assignment. The Methodology should include, but not limited to, the following: - Literature review - Fact findings/data collection - Gender Sensitive Stakeholders’ Engagement Plan including less represented groups such as women, youth, and minority groups. - Filed visits and Close coordination of program team and partners.
