Common use of Assignment Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Assignment Cancellation. 14.1 The Company shall be entitled to assign to any other person or company all or part of the Sum Owing and the assignee shall be entitled to claim all or part of the Sum Owing and shall have the same rights of recovery as the Company. 14.2 The Company may assign the Agreement to any third party. 14.3 The Company shall be entitled to cancel all or any part of the Trade Terms at any time with or without prior notice. Any such cancellation shall be without prejudice to the Company’s rights and remedies including, but not limited to, those which may arise from any breach or non-compliance by the Customer.
