Common use of Assignment by the Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent may, for its own account, from time to time assign the Secured Obligations and any portion thereof and/or the Collateral and any portion thereof, and the assignee shall be entitled to all of the rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent, as a secured party in its individual capacity, under this Security Agreement in relation thereto.
