Assignment by Officer. This is a personal Agreement on the part of Officer and may not be sold, assigned, transferred or conveyed by Officer. This Agreement may not be sold, assigned, transferred or conveyed by LabOne except in connection with a merger, consolidation or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of LabOne and then only to the successor to LabOne's operations.
