Common use of Assignment by Lender Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Lender. This Guaranty is assignable by Lender in whole or in part in conjunction with any assignment of the Note or portions thereof, and any assignment hereof or any transfer or assignment of the Note or portions thereof by Lender shall operate to vest in any such assignee the rights and powers, in whole or in part, as appropriate, herein conferred upon and granted to Lender.

Assignment by Lender. This Guaranty is assignable by Lender in whole or in part in conjunction with any assignment of the Note or portions thereof, and any such assignment hereof or any transfer or assignment of the Note or portions thereof by Lender shall operate to vest in any such assignee the rights and powers, in whole or in part, as appropriate, herein conferred upon and granted to Lender.

This Guaranty is assignable by Lender in whole or in part in conjunction with any assignment of the Note Notes or portions thereofthereof made in compliance with the provisions of the Credit Agreement, and any assignment hereof or any transfer or assignment of the Note Notes or portions thereof by Lender shall operate to vest in any such assignee the rights and powers, in whole or in part, as appropriate, herein conferred upon and granted to Lender.

Assignment by Lender. This Guaranty is assignable by Lender in whole or in part in conjunction with any assignment of the Note or portions thereofthereof pursuant to Section 18 of the Credit Agreement, and any assignment hereof or any transfer or assignment of the Note or portions thereof by Lender shall operate to vest in any such assignee the rights and powers, in whole or in part, as appropriate, herein conferred upon and granted to Lender.

This Guaranty is assignable by Lender in whole or in part in conjunction with any assignment of any of the Note or portions thereofObligations payable to such Lender not otherwise restricted by the Credit Agreement, and any assignment hereof or any transfer or assignment of the Note or portions thereof any such Obligations by such Lender shall operate to vest in any such assignee the rights and powers, in whole or in part, as appropriate, herein conferred upon and granted to such Lender.
