Assignment Benefiting Creditors. Make, execute or deliver on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary an assignment for the benefit of creditors; or file, consent to or cause the Company, any Subsidiary, a Member’s Interest, the Project or the Master Tenant’s interest in the Master Lease, or any part thereof or interest therein, to be subject to the authority of any trustee, custodian or receiver or be subject to any proceeding for bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, arrangement, readjustment of debt, relief of debtors, dissolution or liquidation or similar proceedings.
