ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING/TRANSFER OF INTEREST. You agree that You may not assign or sublet this Agreement or the Home in any manner or to any extent without Our prior express written permission. It is hereby understood and agreed that any consent obtained from Us as to any assignment or subletting of the Home shall not constitute Our consent to any future assignment or subletting, nor would any such consent release You from liability under this Agreement. It is understood that We may sell or transfer the Home and transfer this Agreement to any new owner. In the event that the Home is sold or transferred, You agree that We are released from all obligations under this Agreement and Your sole remedy would be against Our successor in rights.
