Common use of Assignment and Subletting Restricted Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Subletting Restricted. Only the Student may occupy the Suite. This Agreement cannot be assigned, sublet, lent to or otherwise shared with another person. For greater certainty, the Student is not permitted to rent out the entire Suite or any part of the Suite. Unauthorized assignment, subletting, renting or any other form of lending or sharing is a breach of this Agreement and may, at the College’s option, result in the eviction of the Student and the person(s) occupying or sharing the Suite.
