Common use of Assignment and Schedule Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Schedule. 1. For the following administrative purposes, teachers who have assigned duties in more than one (1) building shall have one (1) building designated by the Superintendent to: a. Receive paychecks. b. Attend Back-to-School nights. c. Attend building faculty meetings. 2. Teachers who may be required to use their own automobiles in the performance of their duties and teachers who are assigned to more than one (1) school per day shall be reimbursed for all such travel for all driving done on Board business after arrival at the first location at the beginning of the workday, provided, however, that if the distance between the teacher’s home to the first school is greater than the distance between the teacher’s home and the base school(s), (s)he shall be reimbursed for the difference at the state approved rate in effect on July 1 of each contract year.
