Common use of Assignment and Schedule Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Schedule. a. The SRO shall be assigned to the District's schools for the 2022-2023 school year. The SRO shall be assigned to the schools for one hundred and eighty- five (185) school days in accordance with the Board's school calendar. The days to be worked and the hours of work per day shall be scheduled by the District Superintendent or designee. The first day of work shall be August 23, 2022. b. The SRO's assignments shall be at the sole discretion of the District. The District will have priority for SRO services during all District events. Unless express consent is given by the Superintendent, the SRO will not be released from his/her assigned duties with the District in the event additional officers are needed during a critical incident or natural disaster.
