Assignment and Delegation Successors and Assigns. Neither Party shall assign nor delegate this Agreement without prior written notice to the other Party. Any purported assignment or delegation under this Agreement in violation of this Paragraph 18 shall be deemed null, void, and of no effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties to this Agreement and their permitted successors and assigns.
