Assigned Space – Initial Description Sample Clauses
The "Assigned Space – Initial Description" clause defines and describes the specific area within a property that is allocated to a tenant at the start of a lease. It typically outlines the location, size, and boundaries of the leased premises, often referencing floor plans or suite numbers to provide clarity. By clearly identifying the tenant's space, this clause helps prevent disputes over property use and ensures both parties understand the exact area covered by the lease agreement.
