Common use of Assigned Space Changes Clause in Contracts

Assigned Space Changes. If Student wishes to request a change to his/her Assigned Space during the course of this License Agreement, at his/her own request and not as part of a Housing & Residence Life re-assignment, he/she may do so by submitting an online room change request form., subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in paragraph 16, above. Assigned Space changes may be requested after move-in and are not permitted during the final two (2) weeks of the semester. Room changes will incur a $50 processing fee, charged to the Student Account.
