Assigned Program Load List. ‌ 1. The Assigned Program Load List is included in the collective bargaining agreement as an attachment for the purpose of reference and shall not be subject to the negotiations process. For reference see Appendix ▇. 2. New Programs will be allowed two (2) years of operation, plus, at the option of the College, an additional one (1) year to develop the FTE load to required program loads, as outlined above.
