Assigned Key Personnel Sample Clauses

Assigned Key Personnel. A- E agrees that it will not reassign or remove any of A-E’s or its Sub-contractor’s Key Personnel, and that it will not assign any person to perform the Scope of Services without the prior written consent of JWA. A-E shall not ▇▇▇▇ the COUNTY for the Scope of Services performed by any personnel, whether or not considered to be Key Personnel, without JWA’s prior written approval of the candidate by name and the candidate’s specific hourly billing rate.
