Assignable. This contract shall be assignable by Buyer with Seller s prior written consent; such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. It is anticipated that ▇▇▇▇▇ s will be organizers, incorporators or founders of a business entity, such as a corporation or limited liability company formed to hold title to the Southshore Property. Except as so restricted, this contract shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties.
