Assignable Permits Sample Clauses

The Assignable Permits clause establishes the conditions under which permits, licenses, or approvals obtained for a project or activity can be transferred from one party to another. Typically, this clause outlines the process for assignment, such as requiring written consent from the issuing authority or the other contracting party, and may specify any limitations or qualifications for such transfers. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility in project management or business transactions by allowing the transfer of necessary regulatory permissions, while also ensuring that all parties remain compliant with legal and contractual obligations.
