Common use of Assets Transfer Clause in Contracts

Assets Transfer. Pursuant to the terms stipulated in this Contract, at Closing Date (as defined in Article 4.6), ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby agree to transfer to the Purchaser and the Purchaser agrees to accept from ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the Transferred Assets with all the rights, ownership and interests, and free of any Claim or Encumbrances.
