Common use of Asset Value Clause in Contracts

Asset Value. The purchase price of Real Estate (including improvements and related fixtures, personal property and intangibles) and ordinary related purchase transaction costs without deduction for depreciation, or if the Real Estate has been developed by such Person, the completed construction costs determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles without deduction for depreciation. If the Real Estate is purchased as a part of a group of properties, the Asset Value shall be calculated based upon a reasonable allocation by such Person of the aggregate purchase price among all Real Estate purchased in such transaction.
