Asset Securitisation Subsidiary. amend the Credit Agreement, as per recent Liberty precedent, to permit, amongst other things, acquisitions and investments in respect of asset securitization subsidiaries. An asset securitisation subsidiary is any member of the Group that is engaged solely in the business of effecting or facilitating any asset securitisation programme or programmes or one or more receivables factoring transaction.
