Common use of Asset Representations Reviewer Representative Clause in Contracts

Asset Representations Reviewer Representative. The Asset Representations Reviewer will provide reasonable access to one or more designated representatives to respond to reasonable requests and inquiries made by the Servicer, the Issuing Entity, or the Indenture Trustee during the Asset Representations Reviewer’s completion of a Review. The Asset Representations Reviewer will have no obligation to respond to requests or inquires made by any Person not party to, or a third party beneficiary under, this ARR Agreement.
