Asset Data Sample Clauses
The Asset Data clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the provision, accuracy, and maintenance of information about specific assets involved in a transaction or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what data must be supplied (such as serial numbers, condition reports, or ownership documentation), who is responsible for updating or verifying the data, and the format or timing for delivering such information. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have reliable and consistent information about the assets, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or misunderstandings regarding asset identity, condition, or ownership.
Asset Data. The Recipient will continue to improve data describing the condition of, long-term cost of, levels of service provided by, and risks associated with infrastructure assets.
Asset Data. Monthly reports in form and scope satisfactory to Buyer, setting forth data regarding the performance of the Purchased Assets for the immediately preceding month, and such other information as Buyer may reasonably request, including, without limitation, any other information regarding the Purchased Assets requested by Buyer, the performance of any loans serviced by or on behalf of NMI and any other financial information regarding the Guarantors reasonably requested by Buyer.
Asset Data. As requested by Buyer from time to time, reports in form and scope satisfactory to Buyer, setting forth data regarding the performance of the Purchased Assets for the immediately preceding month, and such other information as Buyer may reasonably request, including, without limitation, all collections, delinquencies, losses and recoveries related to the Purchased Assets, cash flows and any other information regarding the Purchased Assets requested by Buyer and the performance of any loans serviced by or on behalf of Servicer and any other financial information regarding Seller reasonably requested by Buyer.
Asset Data. Client grants Nexxiot a worldwide, non-exclusive and perpetual right to use the Asset Data to improve and develop the operation, maintenance, functionalities, handling or performance of Nexxiot’s Services and/or business model, which in particular includes the right to use such Asset Data to modify, enhance and improve Nexxiot’s Services, databases and algorithms. The use of such Asset Data does not entitle Client to any rights to Nexxiot’s databases or algorithms, nor does Client acquire any ownership rights in or related to such databases and algorithms.
