Assessor Certification Sample Clauses

Typically, this means the assessor must have relevant professional credentials, experience, or be approved by both parties to ensure impartiality and competence. This clause ensures that assessments, inspections, or evaluations conducted under the contract are performed by qualified professionals, thereby promoting accuracy and reliability in the assessment process and reducing the risk of disputes over assessor competency.
