Common use of Assessment Documentation Clause in Contracts

Assessment Documentation. The proponent must provide the relevant Victorian Minister with final Assessment Documentation that: includes an assessment of the relevant impacts of the action as defined in section 82 of the EPBC Act; and summarises, or takes into account, the issues raised by the public in response to the invitation for public comment described in Item 7.2 of this Schedule 1.
