Common use of Assemble Collateral Clause in Contracts

Assemble Collateral. Lender may require Grantor to deliver to Lender all or any portion of the Collateral and any and all certificates of title and other documents relating to the Collateral. Lender may require Grantor to assemble the Collateral and make it available to Lender at a place to be designated by Lender. Lenxxx xxso shall have full power to enter upon the property of Grantor to take possession of and remove the Collateral.
