As to Affiliates. Parent and Company agree that the Executive shall report directly to the Parent Board. Parent agrees that (i) during the Term, as defined below (beginning at or about the date of the Offering with respect to entities created in connection with the Offering), the Executive shall serve as an officer of the Parent and as a director and officer of each of the Company, FIG Asset Co. LLC and FIG Corp. and each of their directly controlled entities and (ii) Parent shall take, or cause to be taken, such actions as are necessary or appropriate to provide for such service.
