As-Needed Additional Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor and parts/materials necessary for perform services under this contract. The contractor shall be required to submit a quote for all as-needed services. As needed services includes: fertilization, pest control, irrigation system repairs, addition or removal of mulch, and plantings. These services shall be reimbursed according to the bid response form line items for Labor and Materials – As-Needed.
1) The Contractor shall coordinate all as-needed services with the County’s Ground Maintenance Representative.
2) Chargeable hours for service begin upon arrival at the actual job site of the work to be performed. Total reimbursable labor hours shall be rounded to the nearest thirty (30) minutes per work order.
3) The Contractor may be reimbursed for the actual cost of supplies and material plus up to a 10% markup. Contractor shall indicate no more than a 10% mark-up on the Bid Response Form.
4) Material and supply quality shall be commercial grade to accomplish the service work satisfactorily, as specified in the given scope for each job. The County reserves the right to furnish materials to the Contractor and set the standard of quality for materials for a given job. All materials and supplies used shall be manufactured by a company acceptable to the County.
5) The Contractor shall provide a copy of the supplier's invoice for all reimbursable supplies and materials ordered along with the Contractor's invoice for services.
6) The Contractor shall be responsible for shipping charges. Shipping costs (less mark-up) may be authorized for material when the County Representative determines that they are necessary.
7) Materials shall remain the property and responsibility of the Contractor until they are incorporated into the work and the work is accepted by the County. No additional charges will be accepted by the County for the required delivery, handling and on site storage of materials needed for the job.
As-Needed Additional Services a. State of the City Event (Day of Technical Support) - Provide a skilled and experienced operator to enhance the State of the City presentation through expert audiovisual support. This role includes testing audio systems, facilitating live presentations, and managing various presentation elements such as PowerPoint, video, and slide transitions. The operator will ensure all components, including live presentations, PowerPoint slides, videos, and sound, are seamlessly synchronized for optimal presentation quality.
b. Other As-Needed Services- The Scope of Work describes the minimum work to be accomplished. The City hereby engages Consultant for the provision of other video production services on an as- needed basis and will be billed by project type or by the hour. Consultant will apply the hourly rates and related fees included on the fee schedule for any authorized (Time and Materials) work. Such work must be clearly authorized in writing before proceeding. Year 1 Total: $24,865
As-Needed Additional Services a. The District Representative may request as-needed additional painting services to support Firestorm Hull Side Painting, that are not specifically defined in the above Scope of Services Section. This may include the repair of scratches or any other work on the hull sides. These services will be compensated on an Hourly Rate basis per the Bid Schedule.
b. Materials/Supplies for As-Needed Additional Services – The District will compensate the Service Provider for any materials/supplies used in connection with the performance of as-needed additional services, at the Service Provider’s actual cost. These costs will be provided prior to the issuance of the TA. Service Provider to attach copies of the receipts to the invoice they submit
