Common use of As-Extracted Collateral; Timber-to-be-Cut Clause in Contracts

As-Extracted Collateral; Timber-to-be-Cut. As of the date hereof, no Unrestricted Assignor owns, or expects to acquire, any property which constitutes, or would constitute, As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut. If at any time after the date hereof any Unrestricted Assignor owns, acquires or obtains rights to any As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut, such Unrestricted Assignor shall furnish the Collateral Agent with prompt written notice thereof (which notice shall describe in reasonable detail the As-Extracted Collateral and/or Timber-to-be-Cut and the locations thereof) and shall take all actions as may be deemed reasonably necessary or desirable by the Collateral Agent to perfect the security interest of the Collateral Agent therein.

As of On the date hereof, no Unrestricted Assignor ownssuch Grantor does not own, or expects expect to acquire, any property which constitutes, or would constitute, As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut. If at any time after the date hereof any Unrestricted Assignor of this Agreement such Grantor owns, acquires or obtains rights to any As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut, such Unrestricted Assignor Grantor shall concurrently with the delivery of the next Compliance Certificate provided under the Credit Agreement furnish the Collateral Agent with prompt written notice thereof (which notice shall describe in reasonable detail the As-Extracted Collateral and/or Timber-to-be-Cut and the locations thereof) and shall take all actions as may be deemed reasonably necessary or desirable by the Collateral Agent to perfect the security interest of the Collateral Agent therein.

If at any time after the date hereof any Unrestricted Assignor such Grantor owns, acquires or obtains rights to any As-Extracted Collateral or Timber-to-be-Cut, such Unrestricted Assignor Grantor shall promptly upon the acquisition or obtaining thereof furnish the Control Co-Collateral Agent with prompt written notice thereof (which notice shall describe in reasonable detail the As-Extracted Collateral and/or Timber-to-be-Cut and the locations thereof) and shall take all actions as may be deemed reasonably necessary or deemed desirable by the Control Co-Collateral Agent to perfect the security interest of the Control Co-Collateral Agent therein.
