Common use of AS DEFAULT Clause in Contracts

AS DEFAULT. In the event of Lessee's bankruptcy, receivership, insolvency, attachment by law of its contents, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or Lessee's failure to maintain a going business on the Property, Lessor may upon written notice to Lessee, declare a default in, and immediately terminate, this Lease.
