As auditor. (a) The Department may audit the Corporation’s systems and databases used to manage and report Recycled Water quality as required.
(b) The audit scope will be prepared by the Department and discussed with the Corporation. The audit report will include recommendations for improvements where appropriate. The responsible officers shall provide regular progress reports of improvements undertaken to the Department.
(c) The cost of the audit shall be borne by the Corporation.
